Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Spacious room. Lovely breakfast. Easy check-in. Helpful with ski resort transit information. Cosy atmosphere. Convenient railway station nearby. Close to ski stations and Innsbruck.

Easter weekend getaway with family was fun. the room was clean and tidy with a lovely view of the surrounding area. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of items. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby ski resorts and making the most of the Easter holidays. We also enjoyed having a fridge with drinks available in the lobby.
The lack of shower products provided in the room. the fourth bed was not comfortable which made it difficult for a good night's sleep.

Great location, close to the railway station and ski resorts. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff offered helpful information about ski resort transit. Convenient parking on site.
The breakfast buffet had a poor selection on our second morning, and the staff member on hand wasn't very helpful in getting more food. The fourth bed in our room wasn't comfortable, and the shower products provided weren't great.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and has easy access to skiing lifts and Innsbruck. Rooms were clean and tidy with helpful staff providing late check-in assistance. the breakfast buffet was good on the first day.
Sadly, the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or food options when the restaurant was closed.

It had a great location close to transportation, making it easy to get around this city. The staff was super friendly, made us feel welcome. We also liked how clean the hotel was, and the facilities were excellent. parking was convenient and gave us peace of mind. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious!
Nothing that we didn't like.
